Shari Arison hosts Johnathan Harrison, to explore the fine line between what\u2019s real and how it looks, stressing the way our own perception determines how we behave. He was trained as a physicist, but had undergone major changes in his personal life, from religion, to magic, to playing jazz, and finally found his path in Buddhism. The two discuss the kinship between science and spirituality. \u201cFor me spirituality is just about learning to be more realistic, seeing things as they really are, rather than as I think they are,\u201d Harrison says, explaining that his training in physics proved highly useful in the spiritual work he does. He now teaches courses in Buddhism meditation, to help people raise their awareness around the way they perceive the world and communicate with others.
